Health and Community Wellness Committee meeting is scheduled for November 21^st at 6:00 pm. The Committee assists the Health & Community Wellness Department on a variety of health care items and makes recommendations to Gimaa and Council. Health discussions surround health prevention and promotion in the community, the well-being and safety of members in the community, and health care services and programs in the community. Health research is another area where the committee members have served in advisory roles ensuring the research is ethical, relates to the community and would be valuable information to assist in determining future health programs and services.
